Plus Chart was born from lived experience — not from a boardroom or a tech incubator, but from the perspective of a student who grew up in special education. Our founder spent years watching teachers juggle impossible workloads: documenting progress, tracking behaviors, managing interventions, and trying to stay compliant with systems that never seemed designed for the realities of a classroom.
